Puerto Vallarta is a haven for anyone who enjoys beach activities, including whale watching, which the season of this mammals (humping back whales) visit us and to rest from winter is from December to March 08^th

The most famous is Playa los Muertos, lined with several hotels, bars, and restaurants on the beach, ideal for witnessing Vallarta’s famous sunsets. Further north, the beaches are increasingly quiet.

Sayulita beach is famous for those who wants to practice surf, breaks. It has warm ocean water it is a meeting point for the people who wants to relax and freedom. At Sayulita you may see a lot of streets bars, beach restaurants, tatoo artists, bars  and lots of handcrafts and very neat souvenirs.

At Punta Mita, you can also enjoy humpback whale watching during winter, as well as in the rest of Bahia de Banderas; Yelapa, Las Gemelas, Conchas Chinas, Colomitos, Ánimas, Camarones, Quimixto, Madagascar, Boca de Tomatlán, Amapas, among others. Mismaloya and the Marietas Islands, during winter and excellent for swimming and snorkeling.

In general, mostly of the beaches are calm and swimmable all year round.
